Based in Hartlepool, North East England, established in 1986, Buildroute Ltd have been providing a comprehensive range of services to the construction Industry. We have an annual turnover of £7.3m

We have a broad range of clients, ranging from major contractors right through to local authorities.

Our workforce comprises of 2 Directors, 14 managerial staff, 8 office staff, 25 site operatives and currently employ 40+ bricklaying squads, as well as providing 5-10 gangs for repair schemes

We are experienced in traditional brick, block, and stonework construction which can be divided into 2 categories: –

• Housing; consisting of probably 60% of our workforce, and usually carried out on a labour only basis

• Commercial; i.e. schools, offices, shopping outlets and industrial businesses, usually carried out providing all labour, plant, materials and supervision

We also specialise in the following;

Bespoke aspects of masonry construction such as: –

• Thin Joint Aircrete Blockwork (Celcon & Durox Approved)
• Porotherm and Poroton Blockwork (Weinerberger Approved)
• Corium Rainscreen Cladding (Corium Approved)
• Brick slip insulative systems

Repairs and maintenance work for local authorities and housing associations, these works consist of;

• Rake-out and re-point brickwork or stonework
• Wall tie replacement systems
• Lintel replacement
• The stitching of masonry
• Foundation underpinning
• Concrete repairs
• External paving and drainage

Railways; we are qualified to carryout railway works, including bridge repairs and grouting
